Charlie Howard joined Logicor in 2013 and is Managing Director, UK. With over 25 years of logistics property experience, Charlie has been involved in the acquisition, underwriting and asset management of Logicor’s entire UK portfolio. His responsibilities at Logicor include running the UK team and the management and operation of Logicor’s platform in the UK totalling 41 million square feet across circa 200 properties.

Prior to joining Logicor, Charlie worked at Anglesea Capital where he assisted Blackstone in establishing their presence in the UK logistics property market. Having worked in the UK logistics property market for 25+ years, Charlie initially trained at Savills then joined M3 as an Equity Partner and was involved in the sale of the business to CBRE where he worked as a Senior Partner.

Charlie holds an honours degree in Psychology, Management and Economics from Durham University along with a Master’s Degree in Land Management from the University of Reading.
