Paul Tebbit, Managing Director, is Co-Head of BlackRock's Global Real Estate Equity platform and Global CIO for Core Real Estate Equity. He is responsible for the operation of the global real estate business, the performance of its funds and investment oversight through his role on Investment Committees. Paul has deep investment and transactional experience and in the past has been Portfolio Manager of the UK Property Fund and Head of Europe, as well as being responsible for many of the platform's investment strategies.

Prior to joining BlackRock in 2011, Paul was New Business Director at Telereal Trillium (part of the William Pears group), responsible for sourcing and transacting investment opportunities, raising finance and asset management.

Paul earned his LLB degree at Exeter University and practised law until 2006.
