Paul is a development professional with over 30 years of experience across a variety of different sectors including retail, logistics and Industrial both on a consultancy and client basis. He is currently leading British Land’s £1.3bn London urban logistics developments, as Head of Logistics Development, where the strategy is development-led, focused on densification and repurposing opportunities in London. Paul is currently leveraging his planning and development expertise to deliver a logistics facility in Southwark, in London’s Zone 2, and is supporting in achieving planning consent for a number of other projects in the pipeline.
