Alistair brings over 20 years of experience in the property sector, with a strong track record of delivering complex, high-value developments across all sectors. As Director at Caddick, he now predominantly leads on delivery of the company’s 22 million sq ft development pipeline in the Industrial and Logistics sector as well as working on acquisitions, tenant coordination and asset management. Most recently Alistair oversaw the delivery of Leeds Valley Park, a 300,000 sq ft strategically located mid-box logistics hub and the turnkey Schneider Electric facility at Scarborough Business Park. His current focus is on the delivery of several large scale strategic I&L masterplans, including the recently planning approved 4.5m sq ft EM:EX development in Worksop, which is due to start on site this year.
