EVRi has just had another record Peak – a new daily record delivering 3.7m parcels and a new weekly record at 24.7m parcels delivered with volumes consistently growing year on year for the past 10 years or so. Edmond’s remit includes acquisitions and disposals, lease advisory as well as rent and rates management throughout the UK (including NI) for EVRi’s property portfolio network totalling c.5.5 million sq ft including 1st Mile Hubs, Middle Mile Depots and Last Mile Delivery Units. With over 30 years’ experience as a property professional in a variety of sectors including industrial & logistics, Edmond brings considerable acumen to bear to deliver property solutions to best business advantage.
