Paweł Malon is the Group CEO of SINGU and Micad. SINGU is a market-leading facility, maintenance, and ESG management SaaS platform for commercial real estate. Paweł is responsible for driving the global growth of SINGU platform, which currently enables efficient property operations for over 250 million square meters of commercial real estate across over 40 countries.

Before SINGU, Paweł was a private equity investor, where he gained significant experience in driving digital transformation and business growth across various industries. He started his career in Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, following a stint as a Computational Crash Analyst at Jaguar Land Rover.

Paweł holds an MBA from INSEAD, and an MPhil from the University of Cambridge. He sits on the European Logistics Council within the Urban Land Institute.
