Tritax Big Box Developments (TBBD) is the development arm of Tritax Big Box REIT, the UK’s largest listed investor in logistics real estate. They specialise in developing large-scale logistics, industrial, and advanced manufacturing facilities.

With 34 years in the industry, Jonathan joined TBBD in 2016 as a Development Director becoming a Director and head of the Northampton Office in 2023 and Managing Director in 2025. Jonathan splits his time between the offices in Northampton, Manchester and London and is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the business, its financial performance and the key link between the development business and the fund, Tritax Big Box Reit. Previously, he headed leasing and investment teams in London and Birmingham at Cushman & Wakefield and JLL before turning to development in 2006 with Miller Developments.

Jonathan remains very involved in key projects and seeking new large-scale, multi-phase opportunities. His strong financial and analytical skills are at the core of his approach to development, managing risk at every stage.
